Tuna Salad
2 cans of white fish tuna
2-3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon oregano

1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon JVB Brothers' Co. habanero sauce
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 teaspoon olive oil
2 cloves garlic pressed
1/2 red or white onion chopped
2-3 JVB Brothers' Co. persian pickles chopped or (1-2) Kirby cucumbers
1-2 hard boiled eggs chopped (remove yolks)


Potato Salad

8-10 White or Yellow potatoes

3-4 tablespoons mayonnaise

4-5  JVB Brothers' Co. persian pickles chopped or (3-4 Kirby)

1-2 dill fresh chopped

bag of sweet peas (about 1 cup)

2-3 hard boiled eggs chopped

2 cloves garlic pressed

1-2 tablespoon oil

2-3 tablespoons mustard

2 tablespoons oil

3 tablespoons lemon juice

1 tablespoon JVB Brothers' Co. habanero sauce

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 teaspoons salt

2 teaspoons pepper

boil potatoes until soft and let cool. mix all ingredients together once potatoes have cooled

​

Guacamole

4-5 avacados

1 head of cilantro chopped

1-2 garlic cloves pressed

2 plum tomatos chopped

1/2 red or white onion chopped

2 limes (juiced)

1 jalapeno chopped

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon of JVB Brothers' Co. jalapeno hot sauce or sub habanero if you like extra spicy :)

Spicy Vegetable Soup

6-8 cups vegetable, chicken, or bone broth/stock

1 cup water

1 onion chopped

1 head of parsley chopped

3 large carrots chopped

3-4 white, red, yellow potatoes chopped

3-4 celery chopped

3 teaspoons of pepper

3 teaspoons of salt

1 teaspoon sugar

1 tablespoon oil

1 bay leaf

2 teaspoons of herb de provence or oregano

3-4 cloves garlic pressed

2-3 plum tomatoes chopped

1/2 teaspoon red chili pepper flakes

1-2 tablespoons of JVB Brothers' Co. habanero hot sauce or jalapeno


add the stock/broth to a large pot and bring to a boil. add rest of ingredients and turn heat to low. Let ingredients soften (up to an hour)

Spicy Deviled Eggs

​

10-12 eggs

2 tablespoons mustard

3 tablespoons mayonnaise

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon pepper

3-4 JVB Brothers' Co. persian pickles or 2-3 kirby pickles chopped

1 garlic clove pressed

1 teaspoon JVB Brothers' Co. habanero hot sauce or substitute jalapeno hot sauce

1/2 teaspoon paprika

1 teaspoon lemon juice

hard boil the eggs for 8-10 minutes. Cut eggs in half and remove yolks into a bowl. mix the yolks with the rest of the ingredients. Add the mixture with a spoon to halved eggs. Sprinkle paprika on top as a garnish.


Mediterranean Pickle Brine Fish or Chicken


Once you are done your jar of JVB Brothers' Co. pickles try using the leftover brine as a marinate. If using fish I recommend using a salmon or tuna fish. Something that will marinate best if using a tilapia or flounder it tends to not soak up flavor as well


4-5 pieces of salmon or other fish or 4 -5 breast of chicken (sliced thin)

JVB Brothers' Co. pickle brine one 16 oz jar should suffice

2-3 cloves of garlic pressed

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon parmigian cheese

1/2 fresh lemon juiced

(if you want in to be on the spicy side add 1 tablespoon of JVB Brothers' Co. habanero or jalapeno hot sauce or add 1 teaspoon of red chili pepper flakes)

cooking ingredients/instuctions

1/2 cup chopped kalamata olives

1/2 cup chopped green olives

1/2 cup chopped tomatos

1/2 cup chopped dill

1/2 cup feta cheese

1/2 cup chopped red onions

2 tablespoon of Greek dressing or apple cider vinegar mixed with a teaspoon of oregano

in a frying pan (or oven at 350 for 20-30 min depending on the meat or fish used combine all ingredients and cover with tin foil) heat 2-3 tablespoons of olive oil and heat at medium heat. add chicken/fish as well as the olives and onions. cook both sides of meat/fish until slightly browned then add the rest of the ingredients on top

Israeli Salad

​

1 1/2 cup chopped JVB Brothers' Co. pickles

1 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes

1 1/2 cup chopped red onions

1/2 cup chopped dill

1/2 cup chopped mint

1 lemon juiced

2 tablespoons of red wine vinegar or white

2-3 pinch of pepper

2 pinch salt
