Pickle Pasta
The one nobody sees coming. Pasta shells, real pickles, bacon bits, cheddar, a whisper of hot sauce. Shows up at every cookout for the rest of your life.
Small-batch pickles, pasta salads, and hot sauces made by two brothers on a family farm in Chester County. Real ingredients. Real crunch. Real Pennsylvania.
JVB Brothers' Co. started the way most good things do — at a family table, arguing about pickle brine.
We grew up in Chester Springs, Pennsylvania, cooking with our grandparents and getting told our seasoning was wrong. Turns out it wasn't. Years later, we started jarring what we made and handing it to neighbors. Neighbors told friends. Friends told restaurants. Somewhere in there we became a company.
Everything here is made by us, packed by us, and shipped from Chester Springs. Real cucumbers. Real garlic. Real peppers. No stabilizers, no mystery powders. If we wouldn't put it on our own sandwich, it doesn't go in the jar.

The one your grandfather would approve of. Crunchy, garlicky, dill-forward. What a pickle should taste like when it isn't cutting corners.

Our most complex sauce. Roasted Thai chilies, strawberries, basil, ginger, brown sugar. Layered, floral, warm. For plates that deserve it.

Summer in a jar. Cold, bright, crisp. Feta, dill, basil, lemon, olive oil. The salad that shows up at a barbecue and disappears first.
Every weekend, one of us is standing behind a table somewhere in Chester County or the Main Line. Come try before you buy. Samples are always free, and the pickle takes never stop.
